Shining Elm Leaf-miner Phyllonorycter schreberella
Formerly given the vernacular name Small Elm Midget.
This beautiful moth was bred from larva by Ray Roche having been collected between Ingoldisthorpe and Snettisham. Ray thought the leaves were Hazel which isn't listed as a foodplant for schreberella (normally on Elm). I'm grateful to David N for showing me the moth. The photos below were taken with two different cameras - the Canon has captured the shininess better but the G7 produced sharper clearer results.
