Philotarsus parviceps
Apparently a common species.
This one was beaten from Hawthorn. The wing markings on this species are less distinct than on the similar but scarcer Pilotarsus picicornis. I didn't find it easy to see the abdomen pattern which is supposed to differ between the two species. The side lobes of the subgenital plate are apparently narrower in the middle than on picicornis.

This was swept from Rhododendron the same day as the one above (at a slightly different location).
