Rough Strawberry-root Weevil Otiorhynchus rugosostriatus
This seems to be quite an uncommon species. It came to light in my garden and was a fraction over 7mm long. The femora were unarmed although bulging slightly in the place where the tooth is in some other Otiorhynchus species.
